E04: Leadership Pt3: The 4 Things Every Aspiring Leader Should Do

In the final installment of the Leadership overview series, Jason and Joel discuss what a leader ought to be doing to make sure they are staying on the path towards effectiveness & continuous improvement. Jason recommends that every aspiring leader does the following 4 things:
Ask yourself, "Does leadership even interest you?"
Perform a self-assessment of leadership traits
Audit real moments where you succeeded or failed in a role of leadership
Source feedback from those that you lead.
