Kyle started as an engineer in California before kickstarting his business career with a dating coach blog that grew to have over 1 million subscribers. He then moves to Eastern Europe where he becomes the co-founder of an olive oil company before following his passion for helping people by starting a talent attraction agency called HireUA! Jason and Kyle discuss the mindset of business owners and challenge our thinking on how to engage different talent in different ways.
